Cancellations Made 48 Hours in Advance:

If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellations Made Less than 48 Hours in Advance:

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

No-Show Policy:

If you fail to pick up the rental vehicle at the scheduled time and do not inform us in advance, you may not be eligible for a refund.

Modifications:

If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, and it may take a few business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
